Realm of The Dragons Mod 1.12.2-1.7.10 is a perfect Minecraft Mod version of dragon training for the Minecraft game. This is the excellent remake of Dragon Mounts Mod.
If Dragon Mounts Mod only focuses on hybridizing new dragons with elements such as fire, water, and ice, Realm of The Dragons Mod uses gems like Amethyst, Garnet, Jade, Ruby, and Sapphire.
Each type of hybrid with gems will correspond to its own set of tools and armor.
Features of Realm of The Dragons Mod
The player will first collect dragon eggs, incubate them and hatch them into baby dragons. After that, you can freely cross-breed dragons with gems to form a mighty new dragon. Players will have to adventure to other biomes to collect gems.
Once you own an adult dragon with amazing strength, you will enter the dragon training stage, provided it is an adult and tamed dragon.
You can move around with the WASD keys. To fly, press the Space key and then navigate with your mouse and WASD keys. If the player does not fly, the dragon can save you. If the adult dragon can fly, the baby dragon just sits and attacks mobs like many other pets.
Using
To start training your dragon, you need to wear a costume and fully equip the rider. Then fly to the sky and adventure everywhere with the dragon.
To tame the dragon, right-click on the egg to hatch it. After the eggs hatch into baby dragons, they can tame them with fish (any type). You can ask the baby dragon to sit by right-clicking with a stick, then it can attack like other pets but can’t fly yet. A small dragon about the size of an adult wolf.
Watch the dragon grow up to be a “young” dragon. Then its health and size will increase a bit.
Once the dragon has grown up and fitted the saddle, you can ride the dragon and soar into the air. At this time, the health and size stats will increase to the maximum. You can see that the dragon is not very big on the screen, but if you compare it with other animals, such as a horse, you will immediately see the difference.

How to install
- First, the computer needs the Minecraft Forge program to download the mod.
- Access the Minecraft folder.
- On a Windows computer, from the Start menu, open Run, enter the command %appdata% and then click the Run button.
- On a Mac, from Open Finder, hold down Alt and then Go > Library in the upper menu bar. Open the Application Support folder to find Minecraft.
- Put the newly downloaded mod (.jar extension) into the Mods folder. When opening the Minecraft game, press the Mods button to immediately play the newly installed mod.
