Mob Grinding Utilities Mod for Minecraft 1.12.2 -> 1.16.5 provides players with many effective methods to extract resources from mobs and use them to build substantial complex systems.

Mob Grinding Utils Mod is programmed to help players have more thorough and modern methods of exploiting resources from creatures in Minecraft. It allows players no longer need to build massive, complicated and dangerous constructions. Mob Grinding Utils Mod (or Mob Grinding Utilities) brings into Minecraft a variety of automated machines, balanced with the proper resource requirements, from simple blocks like iron spikes that deal damage over time to spawn. But it still causes them to drop exp to the crusher and can be upgraded at will.

This Minecraft Mod adds to the game automatic machines that require the use of suitable input materials. Equipment will vary from simple squares like metal rods to deal damage over time and increase players’ experience or grinders that support customization and upgrades.
Mod Grinding is a Minecraft mod developed by the player community when the Sky Block game mode was first introduced. Sky Block mobs do not randomly spawn in the environment on their own. Minecraft players can create an artificial surface with suitable conditions to handle these mobs. Mobs will be put into channels (Channel) to continue to increase damage to masses to reduce their HP bar, so gamers can quickly kill mobs to get XP and items.

Mob Grinding is a strategy devised by the Minecraft community when Sky Block – a very famous playstyle of Minecraft – appeared and became famous. Players use this tactic to exploit the monster’s inability to spawn in the surrounding environment, creating an “artificial” environment that includes specific conditions such as no light, giant monsters, or grass. There is light for animals, and then when the number of creatures appears too much, jostling each other into the paths. This path leads those creatures to a location that leaves them with as little HP as possible, and the player kills them to gain exp and materials.

With support items from Mob Grinding Utils, players can use fans to replace water channels and use crushers to kill mobs without manually killing mobs like before. Experience points and items will be collected automatically by the Absorber block without the player needing to intervene.

Even when you have mastered this mechanism, you can steal items from bosses like Wither or Ender Dragon.

Instructions to install Mob Grinding Utils Mod with Forge Modloader

• Download Forge Installer, Mob Grinding Utils-Mod.jar dle.
• Right-click Forge Installer, Run as Administrator, and click OK to install Forge.
• Click Start on the desktop.
• Open Run.
• Type %appdata% into Run and press enter.
• Go to Roaming/.minecraft/mods
• Put the dle jar of the mod you just downloaded into the mods folder and then run Minecraft.

To install the Mob Grinding Utilities Mod when playing the corresponding version of Minecraft your computer needs to have Minecraft Forge pre-installed.

Mob Fans. (Moves Mobs & Players in the Direction it Faces)

Mob Fans are designed to allow players to push mobs all over the place in all directions, even vertical. The Mob Fan Block has three upgrade options to expand its capabilities – Width, Height and Distance modifiers. Click the block to Open a GUI to add upgrades. Mob Fans are activated with a Redstone signal and can also be used to move players. Placing a single block anywhere in the direct path of the Mob Fan will limit its range to that block. Mob Launchers and Air Elevators are some of the fun ways these blocks can be used.

Fan Upgrades

Absorption Hopper. (Sucks up Items and XP Orbs and distributes to Inventories & Tanks)

The Absorption Hopper is a block that will suck up any mob drops and experience orbs within its range. The Basic content for an Absorption Hopper is a three-block radius – this can be increased with upgrades. Click the block to Open a GUI for the promotions. The Absorption Hopper can store 16 Buckets of Fluid XP in its internal tank and has a large inventory for item collection. The Absorption Hopper can be configured on every side to push out items to lists OR Fluid XP to fluid tanks. Other mods (such as Ender IO) can pull both Fluids and Items from sides.
Breaking an Absorption hopper will drop all the items it contains, but the fluid will be lost.

Singularity Tank. (Portable Fluid Tank Holds 32 Buckets)

The Singularity Tank is an essential fluid tank that will hold 32 Buckets of any fluid. The Singularity Tank will retain any fluids when broken, making it a portable and straightforward fluid transport system. Right-Clicking on The Singularity Tank with an empty bottle will give the player a Bottle O’ Enchanting if enough Fluid XP is available (uses 200Mb of fluid).

XP Drain Singularity Tank. (Singularity Tank with a built in XP Drain)

The XP Drain Singularity Tank is the same as the standard Singularity Tank but with a drain on top to siphon player experience and convert it to Fluid Xp. Players who stand on top of this block can have their xp stored in the tank for later use. The XP tap can also be attached to convert the stored xp fluid back in to experience orbs.

XP Tap. (Attach to Tank to spawn XP Orbs)

The XP Tap can only be placed on the side of a Singularity Tank. The XP Tap can be turned on and off when required to convert Fluid XP, contained in the tank, back in to XP Orbs for when you need to top up your XP levels.

Iron Spikes. (Spikes for Mob traps)

Iron Spikes are a basic block that can be placed on any side of a solid block. Iron Spikes will damage mobs and players when they come in to contact with them. Mobs will drop XP and their normal drops.

The Mob Masher. (Mashes up Mobs)

The Mob Masher is a block used to maximise mob drops by being modular with several upgrade options.
Vanilla enchants are available as upgrades beyond normal levels. Click the block to Open a GUI for the promotions. The enhancements are as follows: Sharpness, Looting, Smite, Fire Aspect, Bane of Arthropods and a special non-vanilla upgrade, Beheading, which increases mob head drops (10% per level up to 100%). Compatibility with Ender IO means Enderman heads will also drop if Ender IO is installed. The Mob Masher can be placed on any side of a solid block and is activated via a Redstone signal.

Ender Inhibitor (Prevents Teleportation)

Inhibits Teleportation for Entities up to 8 Blocks away. Can be attached on ANY side of Solid Blocks. Right Click to Deactivate/Activate.

Wither Boss and Dragon Mufflers. (Muffles Boss Death sounds and Hides Boss Bars)

Both these blocks work in the same way for their respective boss. When a Muffler is placed in the world the sound of the boss death is negated – this removes the annoying thump heard globally for Wither Boss Farms. The Muffler Block effect has an 8 block radius for sound cancelling. Vanilla now features stacking Boss Bars which can be annoying and take up a lot of screen space – no problem – just click on The Muffler Block and the respective boss bars will be hidden from view (click again to show the bars). The Boss Bar hiding option is player independent not global.

Fluid XP.

Mob Swabs & GM Chicken Feed Items (Mob eggs in survival)

Ever wanted Mob Spawn Eggs to drop in Survival ? Well, the Mob Swab enables this function. Just use a Mob Swab on the mob you want the egg for and it will retain that mob’s ‘DNA’ and give you a Used Mob Swab. Then craft the Used Mob Swab with Seeds and a Bucket of Fluid XP – this will give you some GM Chicken Feed. When you feed a Chicken with the GM Chicken Feed, something magical happens and the Chicken will drop the Mob Spawn Egg you wanted. Mob Spawn eggs (as of MC 1.8+) can be right clicked on to a Monster Spawner Block and will change the spawner to the same mob as the Mob Egg. This means with other mods that allow you to move spawners you can create tailor made mob farms. Note: Vanilla mobs with variants eg. Wither Skeletons, Husks and Donkeys are not supported in this version but are planned for the future. Some mods still don’t register their mob’s spawn eggs correctly and as a result some modded eggs will not work.
