The barrels mod allows players to simply right click on the barrel and the item in their hand will be immediately entered into the barrel. Its that simple. This nifty feature allows busy explorers to store their items in a quick and expeditious way. It allows players to store their items in a safe place without having to go through the trouble of manually entering them into a storage as is the case with the chest. To remove items, simply left click.

Barrels Mod is compatible with other popular mods such as Build Craft or Red Power. Downloading is very simple. Simply download and install Minecraft Forge which is simply an open-source utility layer used for installation, then download the barrels mod .jar file. Finally, place the .jar file into your Minecraft mods folder and enjoy! It really is that simple!
